Justin Thomas (our Villa Care Team Manager) knows the sea... and seafood! So when he heard that a new restaurant was coming to St. Thomas' east end, he was among the very first of many happy crowds to enjoy Fish Tails Bar & Grill!
I recently heard of a new restaurant opening up on St, Thomas' east end called Fish Tails. I promptly assembled a group of friends and we headed out to give it a try... and boy, oh boy we were all very glad we did! It was absolutely fabulous!
Fish Tails offers a large selection of seafood dishes (as well as non-seafood dishes like a steak, hamburgers, grilled chicken, etc). Fish Tails (as their name surely indicates) features an amazing selection of fresh seafood - they have king crab, dungeness crab, and snow crab and, of course, lobster. They have several varieties of game fish (tuna, wahoo, etc..), and also offer scallops, shrimp, clams, and mussels - the menu is huge!
If you are a seafood lover (and even if you're not), I'd highly reccomend a trip to Fish Tails ASAP! The tuna I ate had been caught only 3 hours before! Impressive!
We were in st.thomas for 2 weeks and we ended up eating at fishtails 4 times. The server named dave is awesome! The staff is very friendly too. The seafood is the best on the island. The fried whole snapper with the creole sauce is spectacular! We loved the freshness of all of the shellfish too. You won't be disappointed for sure. Make your reservations or just walk in before 630. Enjoy!
