These new visitors to Tortola were put at ease as they embarked on their villa vacation at the brand-new property called Refuge...
With not ever having been to Tortola I did not know what to expect. Although you can read as many books and do internet research it does not match actual experience first hand.
Every aspect of the trip planning was a nice experience and handled professionally.
