Dear Nancy,

            Congratulations on 25 years!!! Even though our visits have been sporadic over the years – I believe our first visit was about 20 years ago – we have always enjoyed both the trips and the hospitality. I believe I told you in the past – we rent vacation homes once or twice a year in many diverse locations – I still believe the you and your staff are number one in providing the finest homes – the best in providing rental service.

McLaughlin Anderson Luxury Villas marks silver anniversary

McLaughlin Anderson celebrates an important milestone this summer - it's our Silver Anniversary! We have been providing luxury villa vacations for a full 25 years from our headquarters on St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.

McLaughlin Anderson actually began in 1985 as an offshoot of longtime island Broker Frank McLaughlin's real estate company as a way to keep new island owners' homes vibrant and lived-in, bringing in some cash to offset operating expenses. Without someone in there to run the water and the air-conditioning, splash around in the pool, and sleep in the beds, a home can lose its luster. Pipes rust, musty smells arise, electrical wiring corrodes in the salt air, pools get murky, and tropical critters move in. Enter our villa rental guests, who keep the homes in our portfolio filled with joyful living while creating their own special memories.

Pierce is the type of person you'd want as a friend.  He's trustworthy, cheerful, diligent, and empathetic, all of which make him an ideal island villa manager.  He deftly navigates through all the little "whoopsies" that are part and parcel of island life, and leaves our guests feeling safe and cared for.  If you have ever visited or vacationed far from home, you realize just how important it is to have a person like J. C. Pierce in your life... even if only for the duration of your stay.
