We like to keep in step with changing times and the needs of our valued guests. Our cancellation policy has been revised, and we believe it is a most fair modification.
In the past, we had always required that in order to confirm a reservation, 1/2 (one-half) of the total rent due be paid within 10 days of receiving an invoice from our Reservations Department. This has not changed. However, the cancellation of that reservation once the confirmation payment has been received, has been reduced.
Now, instead of retaining 20% of the total rent, we retain 20% only of the amount on deposit. When the payment schedule is followed, this reduces the cancellation obligation to the renter by 50%.
